The twin room is wonderful and has a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and a sofa bed. The location of the hotel in Surat Thani is marvellous, not far from the downtown as well as big mall and market. Go sightseeing and visit Tesco Lotus, set just a short walk away from the venue.

Convenient setting, fairly friendly and super friendly staff.
Amazing and clean hip new hotel. New-fashioned and perfect rooms with laptop, clinical style plus an awesome shower. Location close to Thailand. Also, within walking distance of the main plaza.

No restaurant on-site, which contradicts the hotel description. Reliance on street food became essential. Breakfast options were very unappealing. A filthy bathroom behind the clean façade with clearly lacking tiles for a thorough scrub. Walls were thin. Noise from neighbors echoed loudly-definitely a buzzkill for sleep. Reception area was marred by a sports car gathering that choked the lobby with exhaust fumes. When arranging for a taxi proved troublesome, I had to enlist help from a passerby due to language barriers.

Honestly, the room was clean but smelled of cigarettes. I thought I woudl ve been treated like a queen, but it turns out the staff couldn't even help with basic taxi arrangements. That rooftop in the hotel photos? Complete myth. Almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't when I faced these inconveniences.

Solo travelers take note
The room was large and modern , it was clean and sufficed perfectly for what I needed. There was a market close by, fruits and veggies everywhere, made for a nice unexpected stroll.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but acceptable.
